Providing Home Inspections for the Tantramar Region of Westmorland County including all of southeastern New Brunswick and the greater Amherst, NS area. 

A home inspection is a visual examination of the general physical condition which usually includes an examination of the foundation, basement, roof, attic, heating, electrical and plumbing systems.

The inspector will look at construction practices and make note of any recommended repairs that might be required or any general maintenance issues. The inspector will also note any fire and safety issues that need to be addressed.

All of this is provided in a written report that can be used and forwarded to other interested parties.
